She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Westbrook and Bessie Westbrook; her stepmother Hattie Westbrook; her siblings, Calvin Jr., Tommy, Mary, Rosalee and Margaret; her grandchildren, Ricky, Michael, Priscilla and Bryan; and her cousin Juanita Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Louise Eubank of Burlington, NC, Phyllis Moore (Ronnie) and Shirley Williams of Stockbridge, GA.; her siblings, Malcolm (Nancy), Barbara, Charlie (Johnny Mae) and Sally; and her friend Betty Langley.
