She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Junior Satterfield; and her parents, Leonard Eugene Saunders and Mary Ella Danieley Saunders. She is survived by: her children, David Satterfield (Kim), Nancy Hodge (Tommy) and Donald Satterfield (Dionne); her grandchildren, Kristen Williams (Tommy), Wesley Satterfield, Blake Hodge (Alex), Melia Starnes (Cameron) and Dianne Summey (Rex); her great grandchildren, Tristen Williams, Kaiden, Westen, Carson Satterfield, Tyler Wheeley (Lacie), Abby, Cami Starnes, Makayla Cloer (Austin) and Megan Summey; her great great grandchildren, Walker Thomas Wheeley, Weston Lee Cloer and Oakley Dianne Cloer; her sisters, Barbara Thompson (Sam) and Peggy Pickard; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Saunders and Glenda Saunders. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 3:15 PM at the Alamance Memorial Park (4039 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 2541 Elon Ossipee Road, Elon, NC 27244.
