It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malik Joshua Lee of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Holt; and his grandparents, Yvonne Lee, James Curtis Lee, Rev. William and Janet Holt.
He is survived by: his mother Deborah Lee of Burlington; his brothers, Toland Russell, Tavon Lee of Burlington and Damian Lee (Kamiya) of Greensboro; his niece Tolanda Russell; his nephews, Tavon Lee Jr., Blaze Lee and Trey Lee; and his aunts and uncles, Rhonda Madden, Phyllis Walker, Karen Slade, Brenda Owens (Karl), Yolanda Singletary, Thomas Holt and Curtis Lee. He is also survived by relatives, family and friends.
