As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Margaret may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Theodore "Ted" Boston and Sarah Elizabeth Bassett Boston. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Pieter "Piet" Van Huizen V; her sister Ellen Rindfuss (Bruce); her siblings' children, David Allen Bandel (Amy) and Cheryl Bandel Wingate (Scott); her sister Marilyn Boston Bandel; and her niece Laura Kristine "Krissy" Rindfuss. She is also survived by two great nieces and one great nephew.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the May-Foley Chapel (3701 Wade Coble Dr, Burlington, NC 27215).
