She was predeceased by: her husband Hurley Franklin Hinshaw; her parents, Edgar Russell and Naomi Bivins Russell; and her son Jeffrey Vern Hinshaw. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hinshaw Boger and Randy Hinshaw (Cathy) of Burlington; and her siblings, Agatha Johnson of Graham, Annie Faye Lail of Graham, Sheila Hughes of Burlington and Sammy Russell of Graham. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
