It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Rone of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Sidney Rone; and his brothers, Sidney Rone, James Rone and William Rone. He is survived by: his wife Linda Harris Rone; his children, Fred Rone (Tasha) of Burlington, NC, Lamont Rone (Sheronda) of Fayetteville, NC., Tonya Ward (Charlie) of Mebane, NC, Tiara Rone of Burlington, NC and Latasha Rone (Michael Aultman) of Raleigh, NC.; his siblings, Melvin Rone (Faye) of Burlington, NC, Betty Patterson of Graham, NC, Mary Slade (Lawrence) of Elon, NC, Linda Rone of New York and Sylvia Rone of Mebane, NC.; his granddaughter Ashante Rone; and his sister-in-law Addie Rone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
