He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Flinchum and Linda Simmons (Dale) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Dale Simmons, Jr. (Garrison Epes), Donna Stinson (Dustin), Tabitha Caldwell (Tyler) and Stephanie Flinchum (Brian Pitman); his great grandchildren, Landon, Layton, Lillian, Lennox Simmons, Mackenzie, Maddison, Morgan, Mason Stinson, Kayden Derosier, Caitlyn Skye Pitman, Madalyn Rose Pitman and Abigail Violet Pitman; his sister Clara Combs of Burlington; and his caregiver Penny Parker.
