With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merry Aldridge Parrott of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on October 11, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Rufus Aldridge; her husband Robert "Buggs" Oylen Parrott, Jr.; her granddaughter Addie Renee Parrott; and her siblings, Polly Lewis, George Aldridge and Danny Aldridge.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Parrott, Angela "Angel" Parrott, Kristin Newnam (Chris) and Robert Oylen Parrott, III (Jessica); her grandchildren, Hayleigh Woods, Jordyn Woods, Matthew Woods, Will Newnam, Luke Newnam and Cole Parrott; her great grandchildren, Elliot, Gracyn, Kaylee, Lily, Riley and Maggie; and her siblings, Katrine Hall, Eddie Aldridge, Evonne Pruitt, Elaine Wrenn and Kenneth Aldridge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
