He is survived by: his wife Patsy McKinney; his children, Lisa Bixby (Dave), Lori Allred (Doug) and Mike McKinney II (Kristy); his grandchildren, Nicholas Howe (Ashley), Zachary Pickett (Hana), Kaleb Pickett (Ariel), Jared Pickett (Aurora), Hunter Bixby, Jaclyn Buckner (Nate), Devin Allred, Matthew Allred, Sara McKinney (Kyle), Stephen McKinney (Jennifer) and Hallie McKinney (Allen); and his siblings, Meryle Harrison (Robert) and Ronald McKinney (Vickie).
