She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Newman and Mary Holt Newman; her husband Luther William "Bill" Baldwin; her children, Carolyn Allred, Janice Felts, Ellen Roberson and Phillip Baldwin; her siblings, Margaret Ferrell, George E. Newman, Jr. and Richard Newman; her granddaughter Sherri Riley; and her great grandchild Noah Foley.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Baldwin (Nancy) of Graham, William Baldwin of Greensboro and Lucy Smith of Liberty.
