He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Eckard (Diane), Kenneth Eckard and Rebecca McNeely (Terry); his wife Beverly Whitener Eckard; his children, Tim Eckard (Jonna), William Eckard (Beverly) and Lynette Funk (Shaun); his grandchildren, Kimberly Swisher (Chaise), Lauren Arrowood (Michael), Danielle Parker, Zach Funk, Rebecca Stewart (David) and Anna Rice (Thadd); and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Cannon, Cohen, Parker and Blake.
