He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Hugh and Cora Jane Pittman Whitley; and his grandson Sean Aulbert. He is survived by: his wife Ann Hensel Whitley; his daughters, Susan May of Burlington, Michele Lecce of Whitsett and Elizabeth Hensel of Burlington; his grandchildren, Alyssa May, Jackie Foelske, Paul Hensel and Aeriel Hensel; his great grandchildren, Emma Hill, Michelle Swett, Jayden Swett, Mollie Todd Hensel, Julia Hensel and Ava Hensel; and his close friends, Chris and Neil Braun.
