She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Wayne Barbee; her parents, Porter Isaiah and Ida Bell Lynn Williams; her children, Terry Barbee and Robin Payne; and her siblings, Gladys Busick, Doris Lasse, J. P. Williams, Melvin "Bud" Williams and Douglas Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Parvin (Harry) of Graham and Melody Montgomery (Rex) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Joshua Barbee, David Barbee, Chris Johnson, Alex Montgomery, Ashley Cardwell and Laura Capps; her daughter-in-law Tammy Ingle Barbee of Gibsonville; and her sister Ruth "Ruthie" Rudd of Gibsonville. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
