She is survived by: her husband William Bell; her children, Varanda Dowd (Gary) of Upper Marlboro, MD and Orlando Bell of Hyattsville, MD; her grandchildren, Rosilyn Griffis (Sedrick), Marcus Collins, Marty Collins, Sheraz Wiley, Gary Kersey Jr. (Ashley), Patrick Smith, Darion Gist, Christina Collins (Shantelle), Charles Collins II, Mia Dowd, Malachi Dowd, Tyanne Bell and Justin Bell; her friend Yvette Adams; her siblings, James Franklin Brown (Delores), James Arthur Watlington (Mary), Charlie Hunter Watlington (May), Gracie Watlington Poole and Inez Watlington; her sisters-in-law, Deborah Brown, Margaret Brown and Claire Kinsey (Sam); and her aunt Theresa Graves.
