She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Earl Lowe; her parents, Giles Reeves and Bertha Alford Reeves; her son Jackie "Jay" Walters; and her brother Howard Reeves.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Reitzel (Douglas) of Graham, Michael Walters (Nichole) of Burlington and Debbie Abbott (Kenneth) of Henderson, NC; her grandchildren, Patrick Cline (Lindsay), Amanda Ingram (Brian), Whitney Rich (Eugene), Brooke Bolton (Daniel), Christa Belanger (Dustin), Lindsey Walters and Ethan Abbott; her sister-in-law Mona Reeves; and her caregivers, Reshani, Denise, Julia, Yolanda, Dr. Riley and Dr. Jill. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews; and many great- nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the PACE Program (Piedmont Health SeniorCare), 1214 Vaughn Rd., Burlington, NC 27215.
