She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Richard Cook and Helen Fay Freeze Cook; and her brothers, Ricky, Freddie and Darrell Cook.
She is survived by: her partner Lee Mahaley; her daughters, Brandi Marie Wright (Tyler Roten) of Raleigh and Hailey Nicole Davis (Nick Hatcher) of Elon; her grandchildren, Serenity Pegram, Rylee Hatcher, Kynlee Roten and Walker Hatcher; and her brother Mark Cook (Vanna) of Burlington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
