He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edgar Cobb Sr. and Elizabeth Rogers Cobb; and his brother Richard Rogers Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his son Paul E. Cobb, III; his grandchildren, Addison Elizabeth Cobb, Bertie Gayle Cobb and Elizabeth Grace Cobb; his stepgrandson James William Twomey (Jack); and his sister-in-law Becky T. Cobb.
