He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Simpson Clark and Royce "Jack" Hurley Clark; his grandparents, Bertha Sutton Simpson, William Sanford Simpson, Lucy Ellington Clark and John William Clark; and his brother-in-law Wade Lee Von Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Patrice Kimrey Clark; his daughter Tracy Clark Grubb (Jim); his sister Donna Gayle Johnson; his niece Lori Ann Johnson Richardson (Robert); his nephew Clark Lee Johnson (Lanie); his great-nephew Evan Wade Johnson (Jessica); Sutton Wade Johnson and Jayce Alexander Aline.
