She is survived by: her husband Clem Hooper; her daughter Tonya Harrison (Jessica Creamer) of Durham, NC; and her grandchildren, Alexandria Pilkington of Norman, OK, Zachary Johnson of Bolivia, NC, Meredith Parker of Whitsett, NC and Andrew Johnson of Cary, NC. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
