He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Eugene Squires and Carlene Webster Squires; his partner Gail Diane Walker; his daughter Nichole Ellen; and his sister Vanessa Keck.

He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; and his grandchildren, Christopher Eugene Maynard, Mackenzie Rose Hutcherson, Kevin Alexander Maynard, Jr. and Sister Gena Squires.
