He is survived by: his wife Sue Russell Whitesell; his daughters, Melissa and Stephanie McVay; his grandchildren, Brittny Reid, Haley Mitcham and Taylor Mitcham; his great grandchildren, Logan, Harper, Emery, Kyree and Leon; his siblings, Fran Smith (Jeff) and Jimmy Whitesell (Tammy); his parents, Ray Jordan (Carolyn Whitesell) and Kristian Jordan (Paul); and his nephews, Brad Smith (Sarah Ellis), Will Smith (Avery) and Casey Whitesell.
