It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Fogleman Rumley (Burlington, North Carolina), who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Dennis and Minnie Esther Moser Fogleman; her husband Carlton R. Rumley; and her siblings, C. D. Fogleman, Blanche Norwood, Dewey Fogleman, Gladys Turner, Mildred Risley, Jimmy Fogleman, Kay Foster and Juanita Wicker.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Rumley (Candy Plumley) of Gibsonville, Melanie Allen (Jimmie) of Gibsonville and Lisa Conklin of Elon; her grandchildren, Andy Conklin (Becky) of Elon, Geoff Hardy of Roxboro, Kelsey Jacobson (Matt) of Elon and Sydney Rumley (Bailey Fontaine) of Davenport; her great grandchildren, JB, Justin, Brent Conklin, Reece Hardy, Madeline Jacobson and Layne Hardy; and her brother Frank Fogleman (Donna) of Henderson.
