He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Parker Fox; his parents, Virgil Fox and Virginia Hinshaw Fox; and his sisters, Jackie Coble, Patsy Miller and Nell Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Fox (Christy) of Burlington and Michelle Fox of Burlington; his grandchildren, Olivia, Mason, Ashley and Jacqueline; his caregiver Clementine; and his close friends, John and Tina. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rich & Thompson Funeral & Cremation Service (306 Glenwood Ave, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
