Haith; his children, Kali Haith, Iman Johnson and Rene "Yondi" Johnson-Pettiford (Garson); his sisters, Lisa Haith, Tanya Haith and Anita Vanhook; his cousin Laura "SweetPea" Haith Harris (John "JT" Turner); his aunts and uncles, Cynthia D. Haith, Gerdene "Hickey" Byrd, Mary Sagirah Muhammad (Ali), Wanda Vanhook Oakley, Luther W. Haith, Brian S. Haith and Malcolm T. Haith, Sr. (Barbara); his stepsister Yvette Slade (Donald); and his stepson Kareem Warren. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
A wake was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Matthews African Methodist Episcopal Church (1136 Apple St, Burlington, NC 27217). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
