As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his mother Daisy West Cook; his wife Virginia Lee Shearin Hall; and his brother Roy Rogers Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Timmy Hall (Cindy) and Dale Goins (Jay); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Gerner, Linda Heyworth (Butch), Sue McBride (Sammy) and Eugene Shearin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
