He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosa Price; his children, Dr. Roslyn M. Crisp and Richard B. Moore, II (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Dr. H. Alexander Crisp (Jennifer Crisp), Dr. Benjamin G. Crisp (McKinley), Madison Price Moore and Riley Simone Moore; his great grandchildren, Olivia Nicole Crisp and Norah Audrey Crisp; and his brother Douglas V. Moore, Sr. (Virginia). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Richard, Sr. was the foundation for his family and was instrumental in making sure that their needs were met.
