He is survived by: his children, Brian Carter (Jennifer) of Burlington, Daniel Carter (Penny) of Burlington, Janna Carter Wimbish (Chris) of Burlington, Mindy Carter Wertheim (Darren) of Whittsett and Paul Carter of Burlington; his grandchildren, Megan Carter Barker (Gibson), Emily Carter, Chase Carter, Zachery Carter, Noah Carter, Kaycie Braxton, Brandy Carter, Ashley Carter, Tucker Wimbish, Hunter Wimbish, Peyton Wimbish, Alex Burton, Summer Evans (Delaurance) and Brayden Wertheim; his great grandchildren, Josiah Evans, Emma Evans and Skylar Carter; his brother Sammy Carter (Patty); his nephews, Mitch and Matt; and his half-sister Karen Carter. He is also survived by five children, fourteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
