He is survived by: his wife Josephine Fuller Foster; his children, Chris Foster (Brenda), Joann Foster, Betty Foster, Gloria Warren (Ronnie), Robert Foster (Audrey), Vanessa Felton and Gary Foster; and his great grandchildren, Lamont Long, Tamari Felton, Cynthia Long, Tonya Jones, Toshia Brown, AJ Burton, Nikki Foster, Rob Foster, Eli Long, Jamella Foster, Midori Long, Janelle Foster, Alyssa Jones, Bryce Jones, RJ Colson, Camren Burton, Brooke Jones, Jacobi Davis, Juelz Foster, Zaiden Foster and Za-Ryan Davis. He is also survived by numerous In-laws, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
