He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert P. Patrick and Addie Frances Patrick; his former wife Nancy Patrick; and his brother Hubert M. "Pat" Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Wall Henly-Patrick; his son Bobby Patrick of Siler City; his stepchildren, Sara Henly Turner (Rick) of Burlington and Paul Sheldon Henly of Durham; his stepgrandchildren, Newton Ely, Scott Ely (Wendy), Will Henly (Morgan), Addison Henly and Jordan Fenderbosch (Andy); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Xander Ely, Audrey Caldwell, Ava Caldwell, Ally Caldwell, Hudson Fenderbosch and Maggie Fenderbosch; and his sister Martha Patrick Wells of Florida.
