He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Whitaker, Sr. and Harriet Holland Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Diana Whitaker; and his grandchildren, Holland Emma Whitaker, Kaylee Elise Whitaker, Nathan Linwood Whitaker II and Norah Louise Whitaker.
