With solemn reverence, we commemorate Roy Thomas Kelley (Burlington, North Carolina), whose life came to an end on September 29, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lawrence and Margaret Clegg Kelley; his wife Bobbie; his son Thomas Todd Kelley; and his siblings, Lawrence, Coy Lynn Kelley, Shirley Faith Barbee and Nancy Joan Kelley.
He is survived by: his son Marshal Anthony; his sisters, Judy Barbee and Susan Lanier; his grandchildren, Cameron, Sydney, Allison and Loren Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Clara and Colton Kelley. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Lakeview Community Church (101 Boone Rd, Burlington, NC 27217). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Carolina Christian Church Cemetery (2030 Carolina Rd, Burlington, NC 27217).
