She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie James Blalock and Virginia Tate Blalock; and her siblings, Mary Moore, Ben Blalock and LaVerne Blalock.
She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Donna Halsey (Lloyd), Jean Livesay (Keith) and Kathy Baxter (Steve); her grandchildren, Lisa Brewer, Sunshine Wilson, Steven Martin, Chad Briggs and Ashley Quiminer; and her sister Linda Crumpton. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
