He was predeceased by: his mother Mellie Kathryn Currie Evans; his aunt Marnie; and his uncle David Rigsbee. He is survived by: his wife Anne Carter Evans; and his sons, John Evans and Matthew Evans.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rich & Thompson Funeral & Cremation Service (306 Glenwood Ave, Burlington, NC 27215).
