We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2025, at the age of 22, Seth Ryan Carter (Burlington, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Seth Ryan Carter to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter and Theresa Moehring Potter. He is survived by: his parents, Ben Edwin Carter and Stacy Anne Potter; his siblings, Samantha Parrish (Corey) and Brooke Edens (Bruce); his nieces and nephews, Cooper, Maverick, Charlotte, Hudson Parrish, Bennett and Bobby Edens; his grandparents, Cheryl Reed (Vic) and Larry Peoples (Karen); his aunts and uncles, Walter Potter (Sophia), Vickie Potter-Jarrett (Gary), Michele Potter, Barbara Cheek (Michael), Andy Carter, Patrick Peoples and Travis Peoples; his grandfather Lewis Carter; and his uncle Jody Freshwater. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215).
