She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Christopher Tyner and Tyron Lamount Tyner; her siblings, Glenda Gale Ireland of Burlington, Evelyn Helen Chavis of Graham, Teddy Lee Ireland, Sr. of Burlington and Charles Edwin Ireland of Burlington; her grandson Taven Ray Tyner of Elon; her close friend Thomas Poteat, Jr. of Burlington; and her goddaughter Corresha Aultman Steadwell of Greensboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
