We are sad to announce that, on September 6, 2022, at the age of 86, Shirley Glenn Crouse Williams (Burlington, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Crouse and Mignell Crouse (May); her husband John Junior Williams; her siblings, Sarah May Sharpe, Joseph Crouse and Robert Crouse; and her granddaughter Erin Apple.
She is survived by: her children, Jonna Apple (Robbie) of Mebane, NC and Leighton Williams (Janelle) of Zebulon, NC; her grandchildren, Celeste Williams and Bobby Apple; and her great grandchildren, Halleigh Proffitt and Lola Van Hoose. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Andrews Memorial Baptist Church – Camp Deer Lake (301 W Elm Street, Graham, NC 27253) or Pilot Baptist Church – Building Fund – Annex Renovation (8103 NC 39 Hwy, Zebulon, NC 27597).
