We announce the death of Sylvia Ann Hall (Burlington, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on May 30, 2026, at the age of 82. Sylvia Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Benjamin Hall and Ella Elizabeth Perry Hall; her sister Joyce Hall Oakley; and her siblings-in-law, Reid N. Oakley, Darrell H. Davis Sr. and Audrey S. Hall.
She is survived by: her siblings, U. Dean Hall (Bennie) of Holden Beach, N. C., J. Benjamin Hall (Bennie) of Burlington, N. C, Glenda Hall Davis of Burlington, N. C. and Bonnie Hall Pritchett (Edgar H. Pritchett) of Elon, N. C.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews who were all like grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Ridge Church, Berea Christian Church or Hospice.
