He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Worth Isley and Alzora Rich Isley; and his brother John Wesley Isley. He is survived by: his significant other Patsy House Isley; his cousins, Kay Rich and Gary Rich (Nancy); his extended family, Pat Rich and Faye Rich; and his sibling's children, Andrea Lloyd (Jody) and Joseph Todd House (Cindy).
