He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Meredith and Jessie Tom Meredith; and his son Thomas Andrew "Andy" Meredith. He is survived by: his sister Ann Meredith Polny of Sebring, Florida.; his wife Marilyn "Toni" Meredith; his daughter Lesley Meredith Henry (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Jack, Robert and Meredith.
