He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Neill Maultsby Sr. and Katherine Maultsby; and his brother-in-law Dale Ganz. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Maultsby III, Maggie Sizemore (Chris) and Mitchell Maultsby; his grandchild Blakley; and his siblings, Nancy Ganz, Rob Maultsby, Joe Maultsby (Carolyn) and John Maultsby (Jennie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
