He is survived by: his children, LuAnn Thomas, Cathy Mays and David Joyce (Shari); his grandchildren, Mary Kathrine Tucker, David Joshua Tucker (Krista), Brandon Joyce (Randi Beth), Elizabeth Anderson (Aaron), Roger Lee Mays, Jr. (Cady) and Jessica Moody (Joe); his stepgrandsons, David Mays, Jr. (Courtney) and Matthew Mays; his great grandchildren, Freya Willow Tucker, Hunter Anderson, Emerson Anderson, Jackson Mays, Harrison Mays, Charleigh Mays, Abbie Moody and Wyatt Moody; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Emma and Ava Mays; and his brother Jim Joyce. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
