He was predeceased by: his parents, Radford Howard McKenzie and Nellie Cottingham McKenzie; his son Timothy Levi McKenzie; and his brother Dalton McKensie. He is survived by: his wife Zetta Payne McKenzie; his children, Uston Radford McKenzie, Jr. (Jackie) and Virginia Suzanne Makin (Jason); his grandchildren, Syvanna Smith (Brandon) and Brooke Makin; his great grandchild Avery Blair Smith; and his sister Shirley Hayes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church (1358 Antioch Church Rd, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
