He was predeceased by: his parents, Radford Howard McKenzie and Nellie Cottingham McKenzie; his son Timothy Levi McKenzie; and his brother Dalton McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Zetta Payne McKenzie; his children, Uston Radford McKenzie, Jr. (Jackie) and Virginia Suzanne Makin (Jason); his grandchildren, Syvanna Smith (Brandon) and Brooke Makin; his great grandchild Avery Blair Smith; and his sister Shirley Hayes.
