She is survived by: her children, Shanta Irby (Robert Holleman) and Luther Donald "DJ" Parker, Jr. (Pilar Ariza); her grandchildren, Madison Danyell Barnes and Cheyenne Parker (Tucker); her great grandchild Savanna Oakley Herndon; her sister Elizabeth McPherson; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Chester. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
