It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Blanchard Ector Jr. (Burlington, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ector and Annie Lee Ector; and his siblings, Nannie Lou Coleman, Edna Rudd, Ruth Squires, Parker, Bill and Jack Ector.
He is survived by: his wife Betty King Ector; his sons, Randy Ector, Sr. (Diane) and Robbie Ector (Vicky); his grandchildren, Melissa Jenkins (Adam), Randy Ector, Jr. (Stephanie), Zane Ector and Tori Ector; his great grandchildren, Madison, Mckinley Russell, Gracie Jenkins, Samantha and Mason Ector; and his sisters, Mary Lee Smith and Blanche Lipscomb.
