He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dolphus Coggins and Clara Inez Chatman Coggins; and his daughter Lynn Marie Coggins Smith. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mills Coggins; his grandchildren, Trisha Marie Howard (Lucas) and Jacob Smith; his brothers, Barry Coggins (Penny) and Clarence "Pete" Coggins (Brenda); and his pets, Roxie and Max. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
