He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Jack Turner and Alice Barts Turner; his wife Patty Davenport Turner; his son Mike "Ryan" Turner; his daughter-in-law Shanon Moser Turner; his daughter Lindsay Marie Turner; and his siblings, Jack Turner (Gladys), Paul Turner, Francis Sharpe (Rex) and Linda Taylor (Bobby).
He is survived by: his girlfriend Peggy Moore Patterson; his son David Turner; his grandchildren, Jacob Turner, Mason Turner, Madelyn "Mattie Mae" Turner, Michael Lynn Turner and Luke Turner; his great grandchild Aubrey Jean Turner; his sisters, Myrtle Pennington and Enzer Perry (Bill); Frank "Bud" Turner (Faye).
