He is survived by: his wife Malinda Anthony Madden; his children, Dion Madden (Debbie), Chad Madden (Debbie) and Missy Scott (Jay); his grandchildren, Brittany Grose, Brandon Scott, Nolan Scott, Kim Barrett, Michelle Childress and Angela Childress; and his great grandchildren, Atlas Grose, Saylor Childress and Hudson Barrett.
