He is survived by: his daughter Jodi Mills; his child-in-law Lee; his brother Steve Mills (Carol); his niece Jackie Starling; his nephew Tim Starling (Beth); his great-nephew Seth Starling (Brittany); his granddaughter Taylor Dodd-Agosto (Devon); his great grandchild McKinley Dodd-Agosto; Allen Ray. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
