He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Harkey and Maude Wilkie Harkey; and his siblings, Billy Harkey, Michael Harkey, Wanda Harkey Darden and Danny Harkey.
He is survived by : his brothers, Cecil Harkey and Gardie Harkey; his daughter Tori Harkey Geraghty (John); his grandchildren, Cortney J. Shallow (Brad A. Shallow) and Richard Taylor Johnson (Elizabeth Ann Johnson); his great grandchildren, Lillian C. Shallow, Bodhi A. Shallow, Baxter W. Johnson and Charlie W. Johnson; and his wife Joyce.
