He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Lawrence Bailey and Bessie Bailey Herron; and his sister Jelene Bailey Blanchard. He is survived by: his spouse Robin Callis Bailey; his children, Melissa Bailey and Geoffrey Bailey; and his siblings, Brenda Felter (Fred) and Jerry Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
